As a reminder, Mile High Flea Market strictly prohibits the sale and/or trade of ANY counterfeit or trademark merchandise that infringes upon copyrighted designs as outlined in the item 6 of our seller rules.
Trademark/ Counterfeit Merchandise
The Sale, display or distribution of merchandise that infringes upon copyrighted designs or materials or bears counterfeit trademarks is strictly prohibited.
Any violation of this rule will result in the immediate revocation of selling privileges at Mile High Flea Market.
In addition, Mile High Flea Market will continue to cooperate with federal and local law enforcement as it relates to trademark or counterfeit merchandise for sale. This is necessary to protect the livelihood of the Flea Market and you, our sellers.
