This MEMO is to introduce our vehicle storage program and additional seller opportunities.
- MHFM is bringing back the opportunity to store your vehicle On-Site in our west parking lot. For a monthly fee of $75.00, you can park/ leave your vehicle at MHFM within a designated location in the West parking area. All vehicles must have current registration, valid license plates, be in running condition and be able to fit into a single parking space. If you are interested in storing a vehicle on-site, please stop by the Main Office and reserve a space TODAY.
- MHFM requires all Sellers remove their canopy poles at the end of each day so that we can clean the lot of trash and debris. However, during the peak summer selling season, MHFM will allow Sellers the ability to leave their canopy poles up throughout the week for a fee of $50.00 per month. If you are interested in keeping your canopy poles set up, please stop by the Main Office. (As a reminder all poles MUST have a flat baseplate to prevent damage to the asphalt).
- MHFM requires Sellers to keep all merchandise inside the “Yellow Lines” of their designated space. However, for our building sellers only, MHFM offers tables to rent which allow you the opportunity to expand your selling space beyond the yellow lines. For a monthly fee of $40.00 you can rent a table to expand your selling area to gain more attention for your products. If you are interested, please stop by the Main Office.
- Sellers who are located throughout the market, MHFM offers daily rentals of tables ($5.00each), chairs ($2.00each) and canopy weights ($5.00each for rent, $15each to purchase). If you are interested in renting table chairs or canopy weights, please stop by our Main Office.
- ADVERTISE YOUR BUSINESS, MHFM is offering the opportunity to hang an advertising banner along the fence line at our two entrances. For a monthly fee you can hang either a 3’x 4’ or 3’x 8’ banner advertising your space/ products. The fees range from $65.00 to $135.00 per month depending on location and size of banner. If you are interested in advertising at the entrances, please stop by the Main Office.
