VENDOR INFO

You must be 18 years or older to reserve a selling space.
You can sell most items, except for prohibited goods such as counterfeit or trademarked merchandise, alcohol, tobacco, pornography, firearms/ammunition, explosives, drug paraphernalia (without permission), animals, or items deemed unsafe by management.
Sellers may sell fresh fruits and vegetables only. No prepared food, sampling, or beverage sales are allowed—those are handled by licensed market concessions.
Yes. Colorado state law requires sales tax to be collected. If you don’t have your own sales tax license, you must use the tax envelopes provided by the flea market, which will remit taxes to the state on your behalf.
Sellers must be in their reserved space and out of the aisle by 8:30 a.m.. Any unoccupied space may be resold after that time.
All sellers must be off the grounds by 8:00 p.m. each selling day.
No. Walking sales are not allowed. All business must be conducted within your reserved selling space.
Small pets under 25 lbs are allowed only if kept inside your selling space at all times. Larger dogs and free-roaming animals are not permitted.
Yes, but sound must be kept at an acceptable level. Management reserves the right to reduce or stop amplified sound at any time.
Weather in Colorado can change quickly. If a day is declared a Rain Check Day by management, you’ll receive a credit for your space rental that can be applied to a future selling day.
No. Subletting, assignment, or resale of a seller’s permit or reservation is not allowed.
Any property left after closing is considered abandoned and may be removed or disposed of by the flea market.
Yes. Mile High Flea Market does not provide insurance for sellers. You are responsible for obtaining your own liability and property insurance.
Yes, but all shade stands or covers must be securely weighted down to ensure safety for you and your customers.
 Violation of rules can result in your seller permit being revoked, immediate removal from the property, and/or a ban from returning.
